Who we are

SEO by AI (seoparai.com) is an SEO agency based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are subject to Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

What we collect

Audience measurement (with your consent). If you click "OK" on our consent bar, we load a first-party measurement script that records anonymous usage data: pages viewed, referrer, browser type and approximate region. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics services.
Contact forms and email. When you contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message, website URL) solely to respond to your request and, if applicable, deliver our services.
Melissa's public AI assistant. Messages entered in this assistant are sent to Fireworks AI to generate a response. Our local copy of the conversation is isolated by visitor and kept for no more than 24 hours. If you voluntarily request human follow-up, the form sends Melissa your contact details and up to the last four messages you wrote through Telegram, only after your explicit consent.

To understand how our site is used, answer your inquiries, qualify a need at your request, and provide the services you request.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Some providers nevertheless act as technical service providers: Fireworks AI processes public-assistant messages to generate replies, and Telegram receives follow-up form information only when you consent. These processing activities may use infrastructure outside Quebec or Canada and are also subject to those providers' practices.

Retention

Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Melissa's local assistant history is deleted after no more than 24 hours. Contact details are kept only as long as needed for follow-up or the business relationship. A message sent with consent may remain in Telegram until Melissa deletes it, according to the retention applicable to the Telegram account.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, by writing to contact@seoparai.com. You can also withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time by choosing "Decline" on the consent bar (or clearing your browser's site data to make it reappear).
